Sue,
Thanks for this information. Another reason why I work closely with people who
understand and respect my value and me their value. We refer to each other on
a case by case basis as some clients are just not a good fit for some people.
All we expect from each other are honest referrals.
Here’s a techie question Sue Painter, this is so valuable to me and I know it’s something that I will be focusing on in second quarter. Obviously, I can save this link, but do you have a way to find this article? I see you have a “search this website” would I put affiliate marketing in that and this will be found?
Also love the point on having a calendar so my launches don’t conflict with an affiliate launch.
Hi Jessica, yes, you can put in “affiliate marketing” into the search and this blog post will come up for you in the future.

Gosh Sue I see so many of these errors being made – the world of affiliates is fraught with danger and shouldn’t be entered into lightly and without being strategic. I have only seen it done well by a handful of people.
I agree, Heidi. It can work so well, but it needs to be ethical and collaborative – and lately I see a lot of time that is lacking.
