Are You Lonely or Depressed at Christmas?
We do a good job here in the United States of thinking that everyone has a perfect, big Christmas with loving family members and lots of presents under the tree. Truth is, many people feel a bit lonely or depressed, or as if they are spending their time doing what they really don’t want to do.
Believe me, I know. Bill and I went 17 years without a Christmas tree because of pleasing others instead of ourselves. I tell that story in this video, along with 3 things you can do to be a little selfish and please yourself.
How you handle yourself at Christmas is a reflection of how you handle yourself in your business. It’s really OK to say no to what others want year after year, and replace it with something that gives you a sense of peace and happiness. From all of us at The Confident Marketer, best wishes for the holiday season, a very Merry Christmas, and much success in the New Year.
