The average amount of sleep Americans get is 6.8 hours per night, down an hour from 50 years ago. In fact, over 40% of us are getting less than 6 hours a night. We are not meeting the recommendation of between 7 to 9 hours a night – and that affects our health, our energy, our mental state – and our businesses.
Our health and our business acumen is affected not only by the amount of sleep, but whether we are getting good sleep. In this interview with expert Barb Brown, we talk about good sleep and how to get that, without popping pills.
