There’s a very real chance that your business may fail as it begins to grow. That sounds counterintuitive but it’s not. Handling your business may failgrowth and the changes that come along with it is THE one critical survival skill for business owners. For small business owners who are used to bootstrapping everything the danger of crashing and burning is very real. 

You might ask why your business may fail right when it’s starting to make more money. This 3-minute video lists several reasons that all fall into mindset changes and personal development for business owners. Take a look and see if you recognize your habits.

    Sage advice about delegating, business systems and letting go of doing it all yourself – the old time versus money and asking for help mindset come up for many women in our leading ladies groups (and in my own)

    Hi Sue! It can be challenging to grow and prosper as a new business and I can see how new businesses can fail even when they start growing. One of the challenges I’ve had is having the money to invest in my business for the things I know I need as my business starts growing. It can be challenging to ‘be all and do all’.
